Return & Refund Policy

At Velverea™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that all return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
